These terms are the agreement between you and M3 Labs Ltd for the use of Hamrr. Two sections deserve reading properly rather than scrolling past: what Hamrr is allowed to do on your behalf, and what you are responsible for when you put other people's data on your desk.
Hamrr is provided by M3 Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Hamrr, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.
Hamrr connects to your applicant tracking system, mailbox and calendar, works out what on your desk needs attention, prepares the work — usually a drafted email — and either presents it for approval or carries it out, depending on the settings you choose.
We may change or improve the service over time. If we remove something you materially rely on, we will tell you first.
When you connect an ATS, mailbox, calendar or messaging channel, you authorise Hamrr to read from it and, where the feature requires it, write to it. You confirm you have the right to grant that access.
Those systems belong to their providers, not to us. We are not responsible for their availability, their accuracy, or changes they make. You can disconnect any of them at any time, and Hamrr stops reading it immediately.
Work is divided into separate categories, and each is independently set to either ask you first or run unattended. You may leave every category on "ask me" indefinitely.
Where you switch a category to run unattended, you authorise Hamrr to carry out that work without further approval, and you accept responsibility for the resulting messages and records as if you had sent or written them yourself. Everything done unattended is logged with its full content so you can review it.
You can change these settings at any time, and turning a category off takes effect immediately.
Hamrr uses AI models to read context and write text. AI output can be wrong. It may misread a situation, state something inaccurate, or word something badly. Where a category requires your approval, review the content before you send it. Where you have allowed unattended sending, you accept that risk.
Hamrr does not give legal, employment, financial or immigration advice, and nothing it produces should be relied on as such. Decisions about candidates remain yours.
You keep ownership of everything you put into Hamrr and everything it reads from your connected systems. We claim no rights over it beyond what we need to run the service for you.
For candidate and client personal data, you are the controller and we are your processor. That means you are responsible for:

You must not use Hamrr to:
We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used this way.
We work to keep Hamrr available and reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on third-party systems — your ATS, your mail provider, our cloud provider — and those can fail independently of us. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Hamrr, its software, design and documentation remain ours. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. You keep everything you own; nothing here transfers your content to us.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows:
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you breach these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any period paid for in advance.
On closure, we delete your workspace as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.
